01 / OPTICAL DESIGN

Put light where
the work happens.

Choose the optic around the rack layout, working plane and mounting height. The shielded lens array is designed to limit direct glare.

80°

Focused distribution

A narrower starting point for higher mounting positions or more concentrated coverage. Check spacing and uniformity in the lighting calculation.

110°

Wide distribution

For broader coverage in open production and circulation areas. Check vertical illumination and glare as well as average floor lux.

30 × 90°

Aisle distribution

An elongated beam for linear layouts and racking aisles. Orient the luminaire to the aisle and verify the beam direction in the IES file.

UGR depends on the selected optic, room geometry, reflectances and observer position. Ask for a project calculation; a universal UGR threshold or maximum mounting height is not specified here.

ZIGBEE CONFIGURATION / SENSOR POSITION

02 / CONTROL OPTIONS

Light responds.
Your space adapts.

Select standard illumination or a matched Zigbee system. The supplied Zigbee documentation covers group control, motion sensing and daylight regulation.

Define each zone

Set the target light level, waiting level, background level and hold times for the way the space is used.

Review the operating data

The documented platform includes energy measurement, failure alerts and sensor-activation heatmaps. Confirm the gateway, software and sensor package in the quotation.

Motion + daylight

Two-step and three-step dimming sequences are documented. Daylight control can maintain a commissioned target illuminance. Final sensor coverage depends on mounting height and site conditions.

Driver compatibility

DALI, 0/1–10 V, PWM and microwave options appear in the family literature. Select one matched driver and control configuration; these functions are not all included as standard.

Standard and Zigbee

The two supplied catalogs use different model codes and output ratings. Compare the separate tables below before choosing a configuration.

Match the exact build

The catalog also lists a Philips LED / Sosen driver alternative with a different voltage range and conflicting surge labels. Those values are not merged into the standard table.

Driver, LED, CCT, optic and control choice should appear on the approved specification.

Zigbee series · separate catalog ratings

The Zigbee model table lists 220–240 V AC, Ra >80 and 4000 K. Output is 130 lm/W for 60–300 W and 120 lm/W at 360 W, calculated from the listed power and lumens.

Zigbee model Power Catalog output L × W × H (mm)
HB060ME2F-CI-Z 60 W 7,800 lm 362 × 257 × 120
HB100ME2F-CI-Z 100 W 13,000 lm 362 × 257 × 120

HB360ME6F-CI-Z 360 W 43,200 lm 720 × 365 × 130

The Zigbee 150 W table and dimensional drawing use different model codes and dimensions. Finalize that model against an approved drawing before ordering.

04 / INSTALLATION

Plan the support.
Keep access clear.

Review the ceiling structure, suspension length and maintenance access before installation.

The manual covers suspension and bracket mounting. Select the correct accessory kit and support the luminaire independently of its power cable.

Use the approved model drawing for fixing positions, weight and wiring. Installation and maintenance should be carried out by qualified personnel with the supply isolated.

05 / TEST DOCUMENTATION

See the sample.
Check the evidence.

Inspect the supplied test photographs and match the report, model and configuration to the project specification.
